Job Description:
This is a Data Analyst – Power BI position at YASH Technologies. The role is designed to support the day-to-day operations of the team while ensuring high standards of service and quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling assigned tasks efficiently, interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Power BI – data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and interactive visualizations
- Experience in data modeling, analytics, reporting, and business logic development
- Ability to take ownership and accountability of end-to-end individual tasks
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong client-first and collaborative mindset
- Prior experience in the Pharma domain is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to understand business problems and gather requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and designs
- Lead end-to-end implementation using SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build data models, write DAX measures, perform Power Query transformations, and create interactive visualizations
- Take complete ownership of assigned individual deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of new technologies
- Follow Agile methodologies and maintain a strong collaborative approach
- Contribute to best practices and innovation within the team
