Job Description:

This is a Trainee position at HERE Technologies. The role is designed to support the day-to-day operations of the team while ensuring high standards of service and quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling assigned tasks efficiently, interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

This Trainee position offers a good opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in the respective domain. Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree (completed in 2024, 2025, 2026) BE/B.Tech & Masters in any field not eligible
Basic computer skills with knowledge of office software applications.
Basic analytical, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
Basic written and oral communication skills
Mode: Work from Office only from Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM

Roles and Responsibilities :

Skill development on proprietary tools and limited functions
Work with proprietary tools, using source material to apply basic navigation attributes including but not limited to: names, addresses, speed categories, functional class entry of roadways, intersection coding, restricted driving maneuvers, administrative and postal coding as well as various other basic attribute coding
Maintain compliance with database specifications, ensuring the quality criteria is met along with baseline speed and project requirements
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner. (may be provided team based assignment as applicable).
Collaborate with co-workers to make sure that the maps created are stable and correct and are in agreement with the regional map standards.
Ensure compliance to the defined organizational processes with respect to work completion, reporting, time tracking, leaves, etc
