Job Description:
This is a Associate Software Quality & Test Analyst position at Parexel. The role is designed to support the day-to-day operations of the team while ensuring high standards of service and quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling assigned tasks efficiently, interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications & Skills & Responsibilities :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing, validation, quality assurance, or related roles
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing methodologies, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Knowledge of Good Practice (GxP), Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP 5), and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 (Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures) requirements
- Experience with change control and quality management processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM, and similar tools
Key Responsibilities
- Support system validation and qualification activities for software applications
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios
- Create, review, and maintain validation and quality documentation.
- Support change request assessment, testing, and implementation activities
- Document test results, defects, and testing evidence
- Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and validation deliverables
- Assist with audit readiness by maintaining accurate and inspection-ready records
- Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor teams on system enhancements and projects
