Job Description:
The Central Ops Support Executive is responsible for remotely supporting the daily operations of sellers, including monitoring daily metrics, triggering on-field support for sellers and audits, managing stakeholders within and outside Amazon, rolling out new processes, and running central control centers. The role demands a broader understanding of customer experience and a strong willingness to take ownership. It also requires skills in identifying patterns and disruptions, scrutinizing details, and foreseeing the implications of data.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with SQL.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely operation execution.
- Train and direct sellers to ensure compliance with standards and practices.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), analyze data, and propose features and processes that improve the seller experience.
- Willing to work on weekends.
