Roles and Responsibilities :
- Gain familiarity with cybersecurity engineering concepts, practices, and methodologies
- Assist with deployment of firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Assist with or perform security tool administration and updates
- Support system modification, upgrade, and enhancement activities
- Participate in incident response (investigation of incidents, breaches, and threats)
- Assist with security product evaluation
- Proactively learn and stay updated with security technologies, trends, and best practices
- Assist with special projects as assigned
