Job Description:
This role is based in Bangalore where you’ll get the chance to work with global teams and the shape of things to come.
Qualifications & Skills :
- BE/BTech with 6 months of experience
- Fluent in English language.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
- Able to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from customers and internal partners to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare engineering/programming/graphics/estimates or components under close supervision, following established Siemens standards and guidelines.
- Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial checks on own work before submission.
- Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers and Team Leaders on technical concepts, project processes, and best practices.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts as skills develop.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given timeframe, communicating progress to the Senior Engineer or Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of work hours in the timesheet.
