Job Description:

We are looking for an ML Engineer with solid hands-on experience in GenAI and agentic rameworks, backed by solid foundational ML/NLP knowledge. The role involves building production-grade AI systems across verticals such has Health, Rx, Productization etc.

Qualifications & Skills :

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience in building both classical and modern NLP stack based solutions
Solid Python programming skills
Experience with GenAI frameworks and agentic architectures
Good understanding of ML fundamentals (Classification/Regression/Bayesian
Methods) and applied ML projects
Decent database (SQL, Vector stores) knowledge
Exposure to deployment workflows and production systems
Exposure with working on Spark/Data Bricks environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in MLOps deployment tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure Preferably)
Worked on efficient model inference techniques/Platforms such as Ray, ONNX, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA

Roles and Responsibilities :

Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions in production environments
Design ML systems involving structured/unstructured data and complex database interactions
Develop scalable Python-based ML pipelines and APIs
Work on foundational ML use cases including prediction, optimization, and recommendation systems
Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize models
Take lead in productionizing models including API design and integration, load testing, HPC compute, Latency management
