Job Description :
As a Data Engineer at Kyndryl, you’ll be at the forefront of the data revolution, crafting and shaping data platforms that power our organization’s success. This role is not just about code and databases; it’s about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and innovation.
In this role, you’ll be engineering the backbone of our data infrastructure, ensuring the availability of pristine, refined data sets. With a well-defined methodology, critical thinking, and a rich blend of domain expertise, consulting finesse, and software engineering prowess, you’ll be the mastermind of data transformation.
Kyndryl – Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience: 3+ years in data analytics
- Education: MCA / B.E. / B. Tech / Post Graduation in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence
- Project Experience: Minimum of 1+ year in data analytics, business intelligence, and data management in at least 1 IT project
- Facilitate review of the analytics use cases and risk models prepared by the SI.
- Facilitate review of the analytics rules and requirements prepared by the SI.
- Facilitate review of the data analytics architecture and provide comments to the SI.
- Location: Requires working from Client Location in Delhi
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including system integrators (SI).

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Business intelligence, analytics, data management, data warehousing, integration, migration, and project delivery across consulting and technical delivery projects
- Analyze data, processes, and technology to assess the situation and the most pressing issues for both internal business operations and initiatives for external clients.
- Conduct analysis and offer suggestions on education, tools, and technology to enhance data use.
- Create automated data reports, including documentation, toolkits, and FAQs, to provide business units with information.
- Teamwork in the input, use, interpretation, and analysis of data
- Administration of and creation of databases and data maps
- Evaluating data processing to spot potential problems
- Making suggestions for potential data use enhancements
- Assisting groups with data management procedures
- Developing data models and streamlining data operations
- Locating and filling data journeys’ gaps
- Analyzing business units and coming up with fill-ins for gaps
- Helping with data warehousing, transfer, and integration
- Providing workers with precise and efficient data analysis training
- Creating dashboards and reports for data analysis
- Advising groups on how to properly clean and store data
- Creating and implementing a protocol for the management of private data
