- Investigating content-related issues reported by users or flagged by systems.
- Keeping up with changing client policies and moderation guidelines.
- Identifying and escalating complex content cases to the appropriate team.
- Working with responsible AI and Generative AI-related scenarios.
- Creating prompts to test and evaluate large language model responses.
- Reviewing AI-generated responses for appropriateness and policy compliance.
- Identifying inappropriate responses, refusals and missing or inappropriate disclaimers.
- Collaborating with team members to understand Responsible AI issues.
- Supporting the development of better content moderation and Responsible AI practices.
- Participating in training and continuous learning activities.
