Job Description:
This is an Off-Campus Hiring Drive for 2026 Batch at Infosys for the roles of Specialist Programmer (SP L3, L2, L1) and Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) Trainee. It’s a fantastic opportunity for freshers, especially if you’re strong in coding and problem-solving.
Depending on your performance in the assessments, you can land different levels:
- Specialist Programmer L3 (highest)
- Specialist Programmer L2
- Specialist Programmer L1
- DSE Trainee (entry-level)

Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related branches)

- Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics with no active backlogs
- Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Problem-solving and logical reasoning ability
- Basic knowledge of databases, operating systems, and software development concepts
- Good verbal and written communication skills
No prior work experience is required — it’s purely for freshers.

- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-quality applications
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Solving complex algorithmic and system design problems
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring high code quality standards
- Working in Agile teams — attending sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and delivering features on time
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Contributing to testing, deployment (CI/CD), and continuous improvement of applications
- Actively participating in learning programs and upskilling through Infosys training platforms
