Job Description:

Be part of a team that designs, develops, tests, and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell [Connected Aero]. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills :

0-2 years of experience in C/C++, Python, Java, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Web technologies in the development and testing of moderate to complex systems .
Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python and Java.
Solid understanding of database fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms is required.
Front-End Development: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Back-End Development: Oracle, Java, SQLite
Web Design & UI/UX: Proficiency in tools that create responsive and interactive designs.
Secondary skills (good to have): GIS Data formats and GIS Tools and libraries.
Experience in building or applying AI/ML techniques to improve productivity is advantageous.
Development Tools: VS Code, Microsoft Visual Studio
OS: Windows 10 & 11, Windows 2019 Server, Linux
Cybersecurity: Knowledge on Coverity and BDH issues & analysis, awareness and experience on secure coding practices.
Thrives in a demanding work environment and can work on local or international assignments as needed.
Effectively Performs System and Integration Testing independently.
Ability to code in multiple programming languages and prototype applications quickly.
Quick learner with excellent communication abilities.
Experience in the Aerospace domain is advantageous.

Participate in the design, development, coding, and testing of software components.
Work on embedded or application software for avionics and aerospace products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, systems, testing) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of software issues.
Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and process improvements.
Support verification & validation activities to meet stringent aerospace safety standards.
Learn and apply industry best practices while working on real customer programs.
