Job Description:

This is an entry-level Graduate Engineer Trainee position as part of HCLTech’s structured campus/off-campus hiring programme. It offers fresh engineering graduates a career acceleration platform with focused training, mentoring, and exposure to live projects across various technology and engineering practices. The role involves working on high-impact assignments in IT services, digital transformation, and engineering solutions within HCLTech’s global delivery network.

Qualifications & Skills :

• BE / B.Tech in CSE, IT, EEE, ECE, or EIE (2026 batch only).
• Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, UG (and PG if applicable), with no active backlogs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in India based on business/project requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Solid fundamentals in core subjects relevant to your branch (e.g., Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP for CS/IT; electronics/electrical concepts for EEE/ECE/EIE).
• Aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming/problem-solving ability.
