Job Description:
This is a Customer Support Executive position at EXL in Pune, Maharashtra. It’s a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries and issues across various channels like calls, emails, chats, or back-office processes. The role typically involves rotational shifts (including international/US/UK shifts) to provide timely support. It’s a great opportunity if you enjoy helping people, solving problems quickly, and working in a fast-paced BPO/customer operations environment.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Experience Required :1 year (international experience perferred)
- Education:Graduation is mandatory
- Shift:Rotational shifts (24/7)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and a positive attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Handling inbound customer calls, emails, chats, or WhatsApp messages.
- Resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Processing transactions, updating records, and maintaining customer data in the system.
- Escalating complex issues to seniors when required.
- Meeting performance targets like Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Working on back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, or order processing.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
