Job Description:

This is a Software Software Engineer I I – Digital Front End Development (Node/React JS) position at Deloitte US India (USI). It’s a full-time role focused on building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. You’ll work as part of Deloitte Digital, creating engaging digital experiences for clients across industries.

Qualifications & Skills :

Deloitte is looking for candidates with solid front-end fundamentals and some full-stack exposure:

Strong experience in React.js (or similar component-based frameworks like Angular/Vue) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Good understanding of the Node.js ecosystem.
Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly websites and Rich GUI applications.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, templating engines, and component-based architecture.
Familiarity with databases — both NoSQL and Relational.
Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and end-to-end testing.
Awareness of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and basic server configuration.
Ability to understand full application architecture (front to back).

Roles and Responsibilities :

Translate wireframes, mockups, and design documents into clean, functional code.
Develop rich, responsive web applications that work seamlessly across devices.
Build and maintain reusable components using React and modern front-end practices.
Write server-side APIs using Node.js or your preferred language.
Work on scaffolding web apps and implementing templating solutions.
Write unit and end-to-end test cases.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver great digital experiences.
Continuously learn and experiment with new technologies and methodologies.
Contribute to improving development processes and code quality.
