Job Description:

The Support Staff, Record to Report job performs general routine clerical and administrative tasks to support record to report activities, collecting, processing and offering accurate financial data for the purposes of providing external information for decision making while ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards.
Working under general supervision for routine tasks, this job performs a variety of activities in compliance with standard accounting procedures including data entry, filing, organizing documents, preparing financial reports and assisting with audits.

Qualifications & Skills :

Minimum requirement 0 to 2 years of work experience.
Preferred candidates with B.com OR M.Com Background.
Shift Time:- 6:30 AM TO 3:30PM.
Previous experience as a Trainee – Finance Operations
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience with commercial product software development
Demonstrated analytical and technical skills
Ability to relate technical knowledge to job-related duties
Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
Collaboration skills, verbal and written communication skills
Information research and gathering skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

DATA ENTRY: Enters general routine data or uses technology tools to upload data into a system using defined computer programs to accurately and efficiently record financial transactions.
RECORD ACCURACY VERIFICATION: Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial transactions.
RECORD MANAGEMENT: Performs record information management policies and standard methodologies to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, improve audit readiness and maintain data integrity.
DATA & REPORT COMPILATION: Compiles data and helps prepare various reports to provide accurate and reliable information to support decision making, financial analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
PROCESS EXECUTION IMPROVEMENT: Collaborates in process improvement projects to improve effectiveness of record to report services and internal controls.
