Job Description:
YASH Technologies is currently recruiting for SAP SAC – Trainee (SAP Analytics Cloud Trainee), an entry-level role focused on SAP’s cloud-based analytics and planning platform. This seems to be primarily based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (from recent postings), though YASH has a strong presence in Bengaluru too, so similar opportunities might pop up locally or hybrid.
It’s a trainee position ideal for freshers or early-career folks trained/certified in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You’ll start by assisting in building dashboards, data models, visualizations, and basic planning features in SAC—learning the ropes of BI reporting, data modeling, analytics, and storytelling with data. Qualifications & Skills :
- MBA or master’s degree in related fields from a reputed business school with 0 – 1 year of experience
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills. Knowledge of emerging technology trends and their business implications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid research skills and familiarity with various research tools (Gartner, IDC, Forrester Research, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex ideas succinctly using MS Office Tools.
- Ability to present strategic insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Good data visualization skills and ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats.
- Hands-on experience working on Generative AI tools. Exposure to prompt engineering is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of macroeconomic concepts such as inflation, trade, tariffs, balance of payments, with a willingness to learn and deepen knowledge.
- Awareness of current macroeconomic trends and their relevance to business and professional services, with the ability to conduct research and summarize findings
FOR SAP SAC – Trainee
- Required SkillsBasic understanding of:Data analytics & reportingSQL / Excel (preferred)Visualization conceptsStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Willingness to learn SAP BI tools (SAC, BW, HANA).

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in designing and developing SAC dashboards, stories, and visualizations.
- Support in creating data models, adding measures, dimensions, and calculations.
- Work with mentors to understand business requirements and convert them into SAC reports.
- Support data integration between SAC and SAP systems (BW/HANA/S4).
- Assist in testing dashboards, validating data quality, and ensuring accuracy.Learn and apply best practices in BI reporting, data modelling, and analytics.
- Provide documentation support for project tasks and user requirements.Participate in internal training sessions and complete SAC learning modules.
