Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Qualifications & Skills :

Open to fresh B.E./B.Tech graduates (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields) or M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc integrated course graduates.
Core Mathematics as a subject in graduation (Business Maths or Applied Maths not considered).
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and handle irate customers with empathy.
No more than one backlog allowed (to be cleared with the final semester), and a maximum gap of 3 years between 10th standard and graduation commencement.
Must be an Indian citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card (Bhutan/Nepal nationals need a citizenship certificate).

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle.
Perform root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements.
Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible designs.
Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to investigate software requirements in detail.
Confer with project managers to gather information on software capabilities.
Configure and test Wipro’s proprietary Benefit Administration System to meet client needs, including setting up tables/parameters and preparing/executing test cases.
Troubleshoot base operating system issues, Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications via remote support.
Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, managing and resolving complaints.
