This is a Fraud Model Monitoring Consultant role at Wells Fargo, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Qualifications & Skills :

Required:

  • 2+ years of Analytics experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education).

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
  • 2+ years in analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in payments, liquidity, treasury services, or correspondent banking/risk.

  • Comfort handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources.

  • Help develop and use non-model quantitative tools for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze findings and trends with statistical methods, then document everything clearly.
  • Present ideas to boost revenue, cut costs, improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Gather business requirements, translate them into data needs, and recommend improvements.
  • Dive into data governance, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage risks.
  • Build customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and guide junior staff.
  • Collaborate on tech efforts like database design, analytics software, and processing.
  • Work with partners in tech and other groups, plus contribute to company-wide initiatives.
