Job Description:

Qualifications & Skills :

Required:
- 2+ years of Analytics experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar.

- Experience in payments, liquidity, treasury services, or correspondent banking/risk.

- Help develop and use non-model quantitative tools for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze findings and trends with statistical methods, then document everything clearly.
- Present ideas to boost revenue, cut costs, improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into data needs, and recommend improvements.
- Dive into data governance, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage risks.
- Build customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and guide junior staff.
- Collaborate on tech efforts like database design, analytics software, and processing.
- Work with partners in tech and other groups, plus contribute to company-wide initiatives.
