Job Description:

As an Analytics Consultant, you will leverage data analytics skills to solve complex business challenges, create metrics and reports, and provide insights that support decision-making across enterprise initiatives. Qualifications & Skills :

• Any Bachelor’s Degree candidates are eligible to apply
• 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Additional Requirements:

• 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
• Work from Office (as mandated by business, currently 3 Full Days in office)

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience within Consumer Lending portfolio
• Strong data and reporting skills
• Knowledge of common reporting tool sets including SAS, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and other data management, reporting, and query tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge or experience in Small Business Banking.
• Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and compliance and controls testing.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

• Bring an analytical mindset and generate data or insights working closely with multiple stakeholders across the Personal Lending line of business. You will help enable decision making across the line of business at a transactional, operational and product level.
• Develop and generate reporting and data based on requests received from various facets of business.
• Maintain partner relationships, ensuring high quality team deliverables and SLAs
• Design and solve business problems by using analytical techniques and tools
• Work with large data sets, both structured and unstructured, and from multiple sources
• Will be involved directly in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, data visualization and/or advance analytics
• Use standard reporting and visualization tools including SAS/SQL, Teradata, SSIS/SSRS, Tableau, Power BI
• Develop and maintain report and dashboard inventory
• Engage with cross-functional experts to ensure solutions are business ready from risk, legal, compliance, and policy perspectives
• Strong ability to leverage various communication methods and styles across varying levels and sizes of audiences to convey the vision of the product and address critical decision points to sustain team, customer, and stakeholder excitement around the product.
• Aptness for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environment
• Ability to use empathy to understand customer and end user needs and translate into requirements
