Job Overview
As a Customer Retention Executive in the Voice/Blended Process at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for handling international customer calls to provide exceptional service and resolve queries related to products and services. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls to address inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets and goals, contributing to the overall success of the customer support team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring that customer interactions align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
