Qualifications & Skills :

  • Degree Requirements: Graduate or Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce disciplines, such as BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, or BA.
  • Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% marks in Class 10, 12, diploma, and undergraduate programs is often expected.
  • Backlogs: Applicants should have no current arrears or backlogs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to changes, especially with frequent updates in U.S. mortgage guidelines.
