Job Description:

Under general supervision, the Python Developer with Azure will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex software applications. You will be actively involved in understanding project requirements, designing and executing test cases, and validating software functionality to meet client expectations. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Serves as level 4 support, troubleshooting problems, providing workarounds and producing patches for customers as required
Flexible enough to adjust to changes in work, technology, team, etc.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Coordinates with BAs and development teams in resolving issues.
Documents, tracks and escalates issues as appropriate.
Seeks necessary managerial support to discuss and flag risks
Typically requires no prior relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Writes HLD for new systems, or changes to existing systems and ensures they are signed off by Architects/Dev Manager. Helps developer for creation of LLD and reviews the same
Ensures implementation is as per design , unit testing coverage is sufficient, code reviews and unit testing is performed with evidences.
Helps resolve DEV impediments in a Sprint
Contributes in defining test coverage and test plans.
Responsible / Work with SVT Lead/Manager to ensure SDLC process and artifacts are followed for a release, release quality, audits, RCA
Ensures adequate cross skill knowledge across all products/integration project
Should be thorough on company DEV SDLC policies
Works with the DEV Manager to assure new functionality is properly documented and all DEV documents are completed with high quality and on time as per IQVIA SDLC process.
Participates in peer review of work products such as code, designs, and test plans produced by other team members.
Assists other team members, serving as a Subject Matter Expert of the Product and its modules.
