Job Description:
The Trainee Software Development Engineer role at Infrrd targets fresh graduates (2024-2026 batches) with B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields, focusing on hands-on development in Java or Python to build next-gen AI platforms in Bangalore. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving defects, conducting code reviews, collaborating with project teams on technical requirements, and contributing to AI-driven automation projects while upholding best coding practices.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education details: 10+ 2/PUC mandatory (No Diploma), B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech students from all Computer Science related backgrounds. Kindly let me know which branches you would be considering

- Percentage criteria: minimum 60% aggregate and higher throughout academics.
- Internship duration: 1 year
- Stipend during Internship: 30,000 INR

- A strong Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology(year of graduation or post graduation 2026) from a reputable university, with a solid academic record (60% aggregate or higher).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Address and resolve in-sprint defects with top-notch quality, and take ownership of any production issues post-release.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs), Architects, and Business Analysts (BAs) to manage and deliver on both technical and functional requirements.
- Work hand-in-hand with DevOps and other cross-functional teams to bring the bigger picture to life.
- Conduct regular code reviews, uphold coding best practices, and ensure smooth source control and delivery processes.
