Job Description:

The Google Digital Business Marketing Apprenticeship is a 24-month program designed for individuals beginning their career in digital business marketing. Apprentices will work with experienced Googlers on real-world projects while also receiving structured training from external partners.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in a Digital Business Marketing role post-graduation
Experience in industries such as events, media, customer service, hospitality, tourism, or accounting
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong interest in digital marketing careers

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in any industry (e.g., Events, Media, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Accounting, etc.).
Ability to work with ambiguous tasks, find suitable solutions, and seek help or advice where appropriate.
Ability to work independently and within a team framework.
Interest in building a career in Digital Marketing.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Define, design, and implement digital campaigns across Google Ads platforms
Support client accounts and optimize advertising performance
Analyze data to identify insights and improve digital strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot ad technologies
Gain certifications in leading ad products
Learn to apply AI-based solutions in digital marketing

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must not have participated in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
Aadhaar number must be linked to an active mobile number and a valid personal email ID is mandatory
Must commit to completing the full apprenticeship tenure (24 months)
Hybrid role; relocation support available only for moves over 100km
Not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Apprentices may apply for full-time opportunities at Google only in the last 3 months of the program
