Job Description:
Looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication to join our team as Customer Support Associates in the International Non-Voice Process for Healthcare.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Arts & Science preferred; no arrears). BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/MSc eligible (except 2016 batch). Post-graduates eligible (except LLB, CA, MBBS, ICWA).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication (essential for international non-voice channels like email and chat).
- Typing Skills: Speed of 25-30 WPM with accuracy above 85% (added advantage for good typing).
- Other Skills: Strong listening and comprehension; willingness to work in rotational/night shifts (flexible timing; no night shifts for female candidates).
- Age: 19-29 years.
- Experience: No prior experience required; enthusiasm and customer focus preferred.
- Any Arts and Science UG Graduates from 2020 to 2024 can apply (No arrears)
- Post Graduate, B.E/B.Tech/M.B.A candidates are not eligible
- Other field experience is not eligible (only Fresher)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via email (including follow-ups and closing loops).
- Handle internal mails from executives on behalf of customers.
- Resolve logs related to written correspondence received at customer service.
- Coordinate with resolution owners and send final confirmations/acknowledgements to customers for forwarded complaints or requests.
- Perform retention activities: Maintain online retention by emailing customers who wish to cancel services.
- Call back customers for specific cases to ensure complete satisfaction before case closure.
- Achieve kFirstsource operational deliverables: Higher first-transaction resolution for queries, requests, and complaints; minimize repeat customer mails; faster reply times with minimal turnaround.
