Job Description:
The Engineer – SSD Software (or similar titles like Staff/Senior Engineer – SSD Software) at Concentrix Technology is a software-focused engineering position in the SSD (Solid State Drive) product line. These roles are often based in Hyderabad, Telangana or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India—super convenient if you’re in Bengaluru!
Qualifications & Skills :
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations support, data analysis, or similar backend roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to proactively identify data needs and bring forward solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration— you’ll be working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
- Good communication (verbal and written) to explain insights and coordinate effectively.
- Comfort with handling data, processes, and reporting—SQL or Excel proficiency is often implied in these roles.
- Demonstrated ability of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Zendesk Analytics, Talkdesk Explore, and similar tools
- Familiarity with technology platforms and understanding of customer journey analytics such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, and similar tools.
- Hands-on experience in collecting and interpreting customer data across multiple channels (e.g., surveys, digital feedback, NPS analysis).
- Business Analyst from a BPO background preferred.
