Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PeopleSoft Developer (Fresher) to join our ERP development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ERP systems and programming fundamentals, with a strong willingness to learn PeopleSoft technologies and tools. You will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, work on modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions, support integration and data migration activities, participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, testing phases, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
Consistent academic record with minimum 60% throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation
Batch eligible: 2024 or 2025 graduates

Technical Skills Required:
Application Development, PeopleSoft, ERP Systems, Oracle Technologies, Database Management, Software Testing, Requirement Analysis, Data Migration

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications
Work on PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions based on project requirements
Support integration and data migration activities
Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and testing phases
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements
Document technical specifications and maintain code quality standards
