Job Description:
As an AI Engineering Intern, you will work on projects ranging from building advanced RAG pipelines for Conversational Search, to prototyping novel LLM applications, to creating AI agents that transform the developer experience. You could experiment with multi-agent orchestration, optimize AI infrastructure, or translate cutting-edge research into production-ready features — all with the goal of pushing what’s possible in AI-powered data governance.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in India who can commit to full-time internship.
- Major or concentration in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- You must commit for the one-week in-person onboarding and 6 months of fully remote full-time internship.
- Demonstrate dedication to the internship.
- Show passion and drive to succeed in the tech industry (assessed via application questions and program interviews)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- AI-native: builders who already use AI tools in their day-to-day development, whether it’s for coding, debugging, testing, or learning new technologies.
- Passion for problem-solving: Enthusiastic individuals ready to solve real-world pain points for data teams immediately.
- Technical proficiency (Great to have — not all required!):
- Experience building POCs and prototypes with LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or direct API integration.
- Understanding of RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought techniques.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and tool-calling patterns.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building AI-powered development tools.
- Ability to read and implement ideas from AI research papers.
- Python proficiency and experience with rapid prototyping tools.
- Understanding of LLM observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experimental mindset: You love trying new things, building quick prototypes, and aren’t afraid to explore uncharted territory. You can quickly evaluate if an approach is promising or a dead end.
- Teamwork and leadership: Excellent teamwork and demonstrated leadership abilities are essential as our teams thrive on collaboration.
