Job Description:

Act as software detectives to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems—ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Experience: 0–2 years in functional test planning or related software support/testing roles.
• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

Must‑Have

• Proficient in Functional Test Planning (test case design, execution, defect tracking).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Comfortable using defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

Good‑To‑Have

• Experience with test automation tools (like Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Shell, etc.).
• Familiarity with incident management frameworks (ITIL).

Roles and Responsibilities : 

• Build domain knowledge and contribute actively to the support team.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and incident review forums.
• Provide timely resolution for software-related incidents and outages.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infra, and other cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive solutions.
• Apply and monitor software patches, updates, and hotfixes.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
• Support software testing and assist in QA processes when needed.
