Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare Management Reports and Analysis: Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports using MS Excel, VBA macros, and Power BI to support operational and client needs.
Data and Trend Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, correlate process metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.
Automation and Query Development: Create ad-hoc automations for operational requirements and modify SQL queries based on client specifications.
Customer Support and Resolution: Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations, and close faults/complaints within SLAs, ensuring high satisfaction.
MIS Reporting: Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on process performance, including data visualization for different operational purposes.
