Job Description:
Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical team member to support campaign performance tracking, reporting, and insights generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing metrics, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivots and formulas), and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in transforming campaign data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics including: CPM (Cost per Mille) CTR (Click Through Rate) Reach Frequency Impressions Conversion Rate Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables Data cleaning & formatting Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written). Analytical and problem-solving mindset. High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines. Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow and suggest solutions
- Generate performance reports for digital marketing campaigns timely. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, Reach, Frequency, Impressions, Conversions, and ROI. Use Pivot Tables, Ex: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and other advanced Excel functions to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. Validate data accuracy across multiple platforms Support ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis requests. Maintain documentation of reporting processes and templates.

- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
- In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
- The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised
