Job Description:
3M Commercial Solutions segment, is a part of Commercial Branding and Transportation Division, delivers comprehensive products and solutions, so you can deliver a consistent brand identity across all verticals from Banking, Rail, fleet, facilities and all-important touch points creating a memorable brand experience.
Qualifications & Skills :
- A graduate or postgraduate preferably in Polymer science / Chemistry / Materials Science background with below mentioned qualities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have knowledge on self-adhesive films, polymer chemistry, formulations.
- Product development and lab testing skills, should be conversant with new product commercialization process.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Ability to understand technical subject matter or willingness to learn.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other related software programs.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand in depth 3M’s offering and use that knowledge to help achieve objectives for the division.
- Meeting brand owners, channel partners, and end customers, guiding them with the right product and generating specifications to help them procure the appropriate material
- Lead technical engagement with key customers and channel partners.
- Understand market trends, collaborate with internal team to work on new product ideas, technology and product development.
- Travel domestically.
- Work at customer locations and sites.
- Have positive attitude and willingness to learn. Be a team player and work in collaboration with 3M employees and channel partners.
