Assist with centralized data maintenance and information updates.
Support the organization and maintenance of product-related data and content where required.
Investigate routine data-related issues and follow established procedures to resolve them.
Maintain accurate records of data updates, transactions and reports.
Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality requirements.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve queries and complete assigned tasks.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for operational activities.
Identify data errors and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
