Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Development Engineer 1 to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be working on our core employee-facing mobile application built with Flutter. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop new features, improve performance, and deliver a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience.
Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
Mobile Exposure: Some experience in mobile application development (Flutter, native iOS, or native Android).
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn rapidly.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Development & Maintenance: Develop, test, and maintain features for our Flutter-based mobile application.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design) to define, design, and ship new features.
Code Review: Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and uphold standards.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure the application remains stable and performant.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and codebase.
