Job Description:
Provide first-level technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and other IT-related issues. Handle service requests, resolve problems within SLA, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
Qualifications & Skills :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network/connectivity troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of remote support tools.
- Ability to work within SLA requirements.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Resolve user issues using remote support tools.
- Create, update, and close service tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support.
- Handle software installation and user administration requests.
- Keep users updated about ticket status and resolution.
- Follow Service Desk procedures and security guidelines.
- Maintain and update knowledge-base information.
- Meet SLA and service-quality targets.
