Job Description:

In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate: B.Sc (Comp. Sc./Electronics/PCM etc.) or BCA, should have completed or be pursuing final year degree as per PMIS Guidelines
(12+3) Academic years
Pass percentage of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and college)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to take up challenging tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Application Monitoring (monitoring application processes, incident & fault analysis, simple rectification)
Perform and manage low to medium production (application) support tasks and activities that require knowledge regarding the application and its functionality, along with the key technology used to develop the application
Perform monitoring of application processes and system notifications
Administer the applications related to services
Perform non-code related application configuration activities
Acquire, update, and maintain knowledge documentation on all in-scope applications
Provide triage services for all incidents
Support senior and principal consultants in day-to-day application support and documentation activities while learning on the job.
