Job Description:
This is an early-career Content Writing / Technical Writing Analyst position. You will create clear, customer-focused documentation and content that helps users understand and succeed with Salesforce products. Typical work includes help articles, user guides, in-app assistance, API documentation, release notes, or related technical/creative content for technical or end-user audiences
Qualifications & Skills :
- 1–2 years of documentation or content writing experience (documenting software for technical audiences, creative content for end users, or editing technical content).
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to make complex concepts clear and concise.
- Ability to understand the customer perspective.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, communications, or writing-related field (or equivalent).
- Comfort working in an Agile environment and collaborating with global cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, UX, etc.).
Preferred / Good-to-have:
- Knowledge of DITA and structured authoring.
- Experience with tools such as XML/HTML, Git/Perforce, or Oxygen.
- Familiarity with CRM applications (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work with generative AI tools for content creation.
- Experience reading or building short code samples.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create and update technical documentation, user guides, help content, and related materials for Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to gather accurate information.
- Ensure content is clear, customer-focused, high-quality, and aligned with style guidelines.
- Support content that helps customers adopt and succeed with Salesforce solutions (including AI-powered features in some teams).
- Maintain and improve existing documentation.
