Job Description:

This is an entry-level Customer Support role focused on the Banking / BFSI domain. It is typically a voice-based (or blended voice/non-voice) process where associates handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services. The role is open exclusively to freshers.

Qualifications & Skills :

UG: Bachelor of Social Work in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.C.A. in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization, B.A – Bachelor of Arts in Any Specialization, B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Any Specialization, BFA – Bachelor of Fine Arts in Any Specialization
Clear communication (English & Hindi); vernacular advantage
Empathy, patience, problem solving
Attention to detail and process discipline
Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills
Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
Candidate should be able to communicate in English & Hindi
Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
Customer Focus and Being Attentive.

NOTE : English & Hindi fluency is mandatory

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
Determines requirements by working with customers
Resolves problem by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problem
Fulfills request by clarifying desired information, completing transaction, forwarding request
Gross Sell / Outcalls to customers
