Job Description:
The Full Stack Java Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications, particularly for clients in fintech, financial services, banking, and regulated industries. The role balances backend development (Java/Spring ecosystem) with frontend work (modern JS frameworks), often involving microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud deployment, and Agile/Scrum collaboration. Developers contribute to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring applications are robust, maintainable, and performant.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Frontend exposure: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (preferred)
- Solid SQL and database understanding
- Experience with API integrations, JSON/XML, and authentication (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, JWT)
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Tomcat
- Good understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10)
