As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. Qualifications & Skills :

– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
– Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and integration techniques.
– Familiarity with application configuration and deployment in cloud environments.
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center software solutions.
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
