Job Description:

This is an entry-level/junior technical support position in Salesforce’s Support Success Organization. The role focuses on providing technical assistance to customers using Salesforce products (including data/integration platforms like those from the former Informatica suite). You will help ensure customer success, resolve issues, and contribute to long-term customer loyalty in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • B.E., B.Tech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 0–2 years of industry experience in supporting mission-critical software/components (freshers or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous or undefined problems and think abstractly.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts in software support.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Respond to customer-submitted support cases and help diagnose technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot product bugs, configuration problems, integration failures, and other issues.
  • Reproduce problems in test environments and write clear bug reports for Engineering.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases/help articles.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
