The role offers hands-on exposure to real-world engineering challenges across domains like Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical Devices, Embedded Systems, and Digital Transformation.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: B.E / B.Tech (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related branches.
- Batch: Typically open to 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates (varies by specific drive).
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, and graduation). No active backlogs during the selection process.
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 year).
- Strong fundamentals in your core engineering domain.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of relevant tools/technologies (e.g., CATIA, Ansys, MATLAB, Python, C++, Power BI — depending on the stream).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Teamwork and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
