Job Description:
Associate Data Scientists assist in analyzing data and developing data-driven insights. Responsibilities include data collection, preprocessing, and basic statistical analysis. You will work under the guidance of senior data scientists to learn and apply data science techniques. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical methods is required.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering 0-2 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields (B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc common).
- 0-3 years of experience (freshers or those with internships/projects are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in tools like Python (or R), SQL for data handling, and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn basics).
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and basic modeling.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Decent communication skills to document work and explain findings.
- Bonus: Exposure to BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), cloud basics, or domain knowledge in finance/insurance/healthcare.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in data analysis and model development, Support the preparation and cleaning of data for analysis, Document data science processes and findings, Collaborate with senior data scientists on projects, Perform basic data analysis and visualization tasks.
- Collecting and preprocessing raw data from various sources.
- Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and insights.
- Applying basic statistical methods, simple machine learning models, or algorithms.
