Job Description:
The primary responsibility for this role will be to assist the Information Technology department with all aspects of technology as it relates to Honeywell. This includes, but is not limited to, user support, hardware setup, maintenance, and service, with a focus on assisting with network operations and troubleshooting. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications & Skills :
- Qualifications: Graduate or master’s in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computers science, Electronics, and IT
- Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs. of experience
- Experience in verification and validation of on-premises/embedded products (including system testing, load testing, and performance testing)
- Relevant background in building management and security applications (access control, intrusion detection, CCTV)
- Understanding of various software testing and development lifecycles
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software testing practices and tools
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities
- Experience working in diverse and global team environments with strong collaboration skills
- Proactive in seeking feedback for continuous improvement and building effective relationships with business partners
- Preferred candidates with automation testing experience from companies such as Siemens, Bosch, or Johnson Controls
- Knowledge of embedded systems
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Extensive experience with Linux Ubuntu platforms, Selenium, API, Robot Framework, and Playwright
- Proficient in Python, Groovy, TypeScript, JavaScript & C#
- Strong expertise in SQL and PostgreSQL
- Solid experience with Jenkins and GitHub
- In-depth knowledge of BDD and TDD methodologies
- Practical experience working with and troubleshooting embedded test system environments
- Hands-on experience testing cloud (Azure), on-premises (Enterprise Apps), and mobile applications
- Advanced understanding of test automation concepts for API, UI, and functional testing
- Hands-on experience in NFR Testing using SOAP UI, JMeter, Postman
- Simulation Experience in WebSocket & TCP/IP Protocol
- Knowledge on Embedded Automation using Arduino / RaspberryPi / Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Modules
- Familiarity with tools such as Rally, Jira, and Confluence
- Comprehensive understanding of current software verification methods and tools, along with awareness of industry standards and trends
- Experience in test case preparation, review, execution, and completion
- Skilled in test setup preparation involving various hardware controllers/panels and accessories, including readers, cameras, and sensors
