Job Description:
This is a Software Engineering position at Broadridge India, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area (specifically Bengaluru-EPIP Industrial Area). The role is full-time within the Product Management function, spanning Financial Services and IT Services/IT Consulting industries. It focuses on facilitating agile processes, coaching teams, and ensuring effective project delivery in a collaborative environment. The position emphasizes empowering teams through agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and successful outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience and success working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role facilitating agile teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools, such as JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking progress.
- High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
