Job Description:

The Deloitte Associate Analyst Recruitment 2025 is focused on hiring talented graduates for the Learning & Talent Support Services division. As an Associate Analyst (Learning Admin), you will support global learning operations and ensure that all training programs run efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • graduate degree in any discipline
  • 0–1 year of experience in learning administration, back-office, or customer service operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of training and development or HR operations
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A logical thinker with a “can-do” attitude
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and workflows

Roles and Responsibilities : 

As part of Deloitte’s Learning Admin team, you will handle several essential functions such as:

  • Managing and adding sessions in the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Preparing and processing scheduled learning reports
  • Distributing training materials, pre-work, and post-course feedback forms
  • Maintaining delegate lists and handling administrative learning tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection laws
  • Working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supporting other Learning Support Services operations as required
