Qualifications & Skills :
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, or equivalent degree).
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, good internet handling, and typing speed.
- Soft Skills: Communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Must be willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays, if required.

- Matching and verifying content with website data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identifying and flagging inappropriate or non-family-safe content as per guidelines.

- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Adhering to the company’s policies and data confidentiality standards.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks set by the team.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve content-related queries efficiently.
