Job Description:

International Chat Support roles involve providing real-time customer assistance via live chat to global users, often in a BPO or customer service environment. These positions require handling queries across time zones, languages, and cultures, focusing on non-voice channels like email and chat for efficiency. They are common in industries like e-commerce, tech, healthcare, and finance, and are ideal for freshers with strong written communication skills.

Job Details

  • Shift: Rotational shifts (9.5 hrs between 11:30 AM 5:30 AM IST)
  • Week Off: Rotational (not fixed Sat/Sun)
  • Transport: Cab facility within 25 km radius (2750 for 2-way / 1350 one-way) Free one-way cab for female employees (8:00 PM 6:00 AM)

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Freshers & Experienced professionals are welcome! Chat – Customer Support
  • Qualification: B.Com, BBA/BBM, BA.
  • Customer Support – Chat Process:
  • Industry: Customer Service/Technical Support (Chat experience preferred)
  • Skills: Good verbal communication + Strong written skills (Writex 60+, B2 above)

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely, accurate responses to questions about products, services, billing, or technical issues via live chat, ensuring first-contact resolution where possible.
  • Resolve Issues and Complaints: Diagnose and fix problems efficiently, escalating complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining professionalism and empathy, especially in culturally diverse interactions.
  • Proactive Engagement: Initiate chats with website visitors to offer assistance, guide them through the site, or upsell services, using tools like co-browsing for better user experience.
  • Maintain Records and Follow-Ups: Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems, track resolutions, and follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather Feedback and Report: Collect customer insights post-interaction to improve services, and generate reports on chat metrics like response time and resolution rates.
  • Multitask and Manage Volume: Handle multiple chats simultaneously while adhering to SLAs (e.g., response within 1-2 minutes), adapting to peak international hours.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Follow company policies, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR for international clients), and quality standards through regular audits and training.
