Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will maintain packaged application technologies (e.g., ERP, Middleware) in optimal condition. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and support for medium-complexity issues to ensure seamless service delivery without breaching SLAs. You will collaborate with teams, handle escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement through trend analysis and automation.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms, including ERP, Middleware, and other business-critical software.
- Moderate experience in managed services, with knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, execute change management, and lead troubleshooting processes.

- Provide second-line support for medium-complexity issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Update tickets with resolution tasks and log incidents promptly to optimize application infrastructure and services.
- Communicate with other teams and clients for extended support.
- Participate in change management by executing and documenting approved changes.
- Collaborate with automation teams to streamline efforts and coach Service Desk and L1 teams.
- Lead initial client escalations for operational issues.
- Identify potential problems before they impact services and contribute to trend analysis reports for ongoing improvements.
- Support project work, execute approved maintenance activities, and assist in implementing disaster recovery functions.
