Job Description:
Deloitte, a global professional services firm providing audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services, is actively hiring for Talent Acquisition Intern positions across various locations, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (India), and Luxembourg.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, PGDM/MBA/MA in HR, or related fields.
- Experience Level: Entry-level/freshers (0-1 years); prior administrative or internship experience is an asset but not required.
- Required Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in teams.
- Preferred Skills: Business understanding, agility in collaboration, persuasion/influencing, data visualization, strategic thinking, problem-solving, tech-savviness, ethical practices, and additional languages (e.g., French for Luxembourg roles).
- Other: Fluent in English; for Luxembourg, fluency in French is required (additional languages a plus). Availability for full-time internship; commitment to diversity, inclusion, and high performance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets
- Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
- Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements are used
- Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
- Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
- Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
